WEBSITE GUIDE

 

Purchasing on SoAllure is easy: Check our catalogue by clicking on a category (Dresses/Trousers/Jackets/etc.),
or start from our total looks on the homepage (products in the “Shop Window”).

The product page allows you to better see the item thanks to pictures taken from the front, the back, in details and using a zoom tool.

You can also see a short description, the item code (refer to it for any question or issue), the components, the description in details,
the price, the link to the Size Guide.

From the product page, you can add the item to your Shopping Bag (button “Add to Shopping Bag”)and select the colour and  the size.

Until you complete your registration, the Shopping Bag will not be stored to be displayed later.

From the Shopping Bag you can change the quantity (buttons + and -) and remove the items (button “Remove” or “X”).

Choose the method of shipment and payment and click on “Proceed”.

To continue with your order, you will have to register.

Registration is in two steps: In the former you have to submit your e-mail, user name and password.

In the latter, you complete the registration with the details needed for shipment and invoice.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm your registration.

Once you register, you will be directer to the bank page where you will have to enter your credit cart details.

If you receive the confirmation e-mail and display the Congratulations page, it means your purchase was carried out successfully.

Your order will be immediately visible within the area “My Orders”, which can be accessed via the menu “My Profile”.

In case you don’t receive the Confirmation e-mail, check the “Spam” or “Unsolicited Bulk E-Mail – UBE” folders of your account:
If it’s the first time you place an order on SoAllure, some providers may label the confirmation e-mail as Spam.

If you can’t find the Confirmation in Spam either, do not order again but rather write to shop@soallure.it
We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether we received your order correctly.

Please remember that, to browse correctly the SoAllure site, you need to enable cookies and javascript. In particular,
enabling cookies is required to run the site basic functions. These cookies allow the identification of the customer who is
using the site during one single session or, if required, also in the following sessions. Thanks to this kind of cookie, it is

The payment methods accepted on SoAllure are:

from Monday to Friday. During high season the times could be a bit longer.

REGISTRATION

 

By registering on SoAllure (upper Menu “Login”), you can:
– Access to the site with your profile ;
– Manage your shipment addresses;
– Modify your personal data;

Registration is in two steps: In the former you have to submit your e-mail, user name and password.

In the latter, you complete the registration with the details needed for shipment and invoice.

We will send you an e-mail to confirm your registration.

If you forget the password, you can retrieve it following the link under Login and Password in “My Profile” page. Submit the e-mail address you provided during Registration and you will receive all the information needed by e-mail in a few minutes.

Once you access to your account (button “My Profile”), you can manage more than one shipment address and modify your personal data.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Returns

The customer can return the order, in whole or in part, for any reason. Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving the package.

Items must be returned in the same condition as originally sent, packaged neatly. They must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

The items must be returned with all original labels, packaging, wrapping and other accessories (dust bags, clothing covers, etc.) received in the package. Accessories must be returned in their original packaging which must not be damaged or altered or used as the box or packaging for shipping.

If customers wish to return the goods, they are requested to write to the e-mail address shop@soallure.it or to use the form on the contacts page (by selecting “E-Commerce Return”) and request their return authorisation number (RAN), indicating their name and order number. The request will be taken care of and you will receive all the instructions via e-mail to proceed with your return shipment.

The shipping costs related to returns are borne by the customer who can arrange shipment by courier or registered post.

Any customer who wishes to change colour or size can place a new order.

 

Refunds

The refund is made only after the returned items have been checked.

In the event that all the conditions have been met, we will refund by direct credit to the card used for payment, within 30 working days. Any costs erroneously charged to DUE FCS SRL for transport or custom duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

For orders paid for by credit card, the amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the credit card company, but on average is about 20 working days.

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase order.

Shipping costs are never refunded.

F.A.Q. – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

The colours of the items displayed are exactly the same as the real ones?
The purpose of the pictures is to show the real colours of the products.
However, as computer displays can be different, we can not guarantee that the colour shown by your display is perfectly identical to the colour of the real item.

 


I added a series of items to the Shopping Bag. Are they booked?
The registered user can store the items in the Shopping Bag for 5 days, but has no right of priority before other users.
The items are booked only after the payment procedure is carried out.

 

What’s the policy for returns?

Did you receive the packet with my returned item/s?
We will inform you by e-mail when the packet arrives at out warehouse and we start the refund procedure,
provided that the products returned are intact and comply with our Terms of Business.

Can I modify my order?
It is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed. In case you purchased the wrong item, you
can write us to shop@soallure.it. We will follow the same procedure as for returns.

 

Some items are flawed. What should I do?
Write to shop@soallure.it and specify the reference number of the order and the codes of the flawed items. We will follow the same procedure as for returns.

 

Is payment by credit card safe?
We ensure that every purchase is completely safe thanks to the most advanced data cryptography systems. The security is guaranteed by the PayPal, Satispay,Klarna and Credit Card (Stripe system/wallet).

I carried out the payment by credit card and displayed the “Congratulations” page, but I did not receive any confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

Check the “SPAM” or “Unsolicited Bulk E-Mail – UBE” folders of your account: If it’s the first time you place an order on SoAllure, some providers may label the confirmation e-mail as SPAM. If you can’t find the Confirmation in SPAM either, do not order again but rather write to shop@soallure.it We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm whether we received your order correctly.

SALES CONDITIONS

 

The offer and sale of clothing products and accessories bearing the SoAllure brand on the website (also referred to only as the site), owned by DUE FCS S.r.l, a company incorporated under the Italian law with their registered office at 40050 Fino di Argelato, Block 30, 143 Centergross (BO); VAT N° and Fiscal code 02936541206 and Bologna business register number REA BO – 478906, are governed by the following general sales conditions, such as:
“online sales contract” means a remote contract, i.e the legal transaction concerning movable assests and/or stipulated between a professional, in this case DUE FCS SRL, through the online service www.soallure.it, and a consumer, in the context of a remote selling system known as the Internet;
by “professionals” we mean the person or legal person who acts in the name of their business or professional activity, of their intermediary;
by “consumer” we mean the person of legal age who acts for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial or professional activities possibly carried out.
The remote selling service governed by these general sale conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers (also referred to as “customer”, “clients” or “consumer”), or persons of legal age who act for purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial, artisanal or professional activities possibly carried out. The resale and/or transfer of the products purchased on the site for and commercial or professional purpose are severely prohibited.
The products for sale on the site can only be delivered throughout the European community (not including the overseas department of Guadeloupe, Guiana, Martinique, Reunion, not including mount Athos, not including the Ceuta, Melilla and Canary island territories).
The languages used for the conclusion of the contract through the site are: Italian and English.

 

Art.1 Acceptance of the General Sales conditions

1.1 all contracts concluded directly by accessing the website at the www.soallure.it address, where the customer can conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired good or product by carefully following the instructions and procedures provided.

1.2 the general sale conditions are an essential part of the sales contract, as such they must be examined “online” by the customer, before completing the purchase procedure.

1.3 the general sale conditions can be updated and changed at any time by DUE FCS SRL who will communicate the changes via the website. The customer undertakes the duty of printing and keeping them.

1.4 The customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of their purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe, in their affiliation with DUE FCS SRL, the general sales conditions, including the payment conditions illustrated below, declaring to having read and accepted all the indications provided to them.

1.5 DUE FCS SRL does not consider themselves bound by different general conditions unless previously agreed to and accepted in writing.

 

Art. 2 Sales prices and purchase methods

2.1 All the sales prices of the products displayed and indicated in euros on the website www.soallure.it for which they constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Civil Code, are inclusive of VAT in the areas where it is required by current legislation and of any other tax regarding the sale.

2.2 The total cost of shipping and transport will be clearly indicated and displayed before completing the order.

2.3 the purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation and the consent to the purchase expressed with the adhesion given “on line”, subject to the successful payment completion.

2.4 For payment by credit card, the customer guarantees to be the rightful owner of the card. They also guarantee that all the data entered is correct, such as the number, expiry date and, where required, the security code. The transaction will be completed and charged only after all credit card data is verified and after receiving authorisation from the issuing company of the credit card used.

2.5 The customer can pay for the goods ordered using the methods indicated “online” at the time of purchase.

 

Art. 3 Delivery methods

3.1 DUE FCS SRL will hand over the products selected and ordered to their trusted courier, with whom they will perfect their delivery method, to be delivered to the customer, at the address provided.

3.2 DUE FCS SRL will do their utmost to fulfil the orders placed with 7 (seven) working days and at any rate the goods purchased will be delivered within 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following that on which the consumer sent the order to the professional.

3.3 Upon receipt, the customer Is required to verify the conformity of the product delivered to them with the order placed; only after the verification, and clearly subject to the right of withdrawal provided in point 8, the customer will have to sign the receipt documents. By filling in the personal data form during the registration procedure, necessary to activate the operation for the execution of the present contract and any further related notifications, the consumer and/or customer authorises DUE FCS SRL to communicate non-sensitive personal data (residence, phone number, e-mail address) to the trusted courier and/or shippers used for the delivery of the purchased goods in order to allow the necessary procedures for delivery.

3.4 For any use of customer information by DUE FCS SRL for purposes other than the purchase order, it will be subject to the quotation and consent expressed as per the privacy policy on the website.

 

Art. 4 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

4.1 The customer will be able to purchase the products present in the electronic catalogue prepared by www.soallure.it and in the quantities in stock at that time. In the event that the product purchased by the customer on www.soallure.it turns out to be no longer present in the warehouse and not otherwise available elsewhere, DUE FCS SRL guarantees (following a written notification and pursuant to article 54 of the Legislative decree 206/2005 paragraph II), to refund as soon as possible (and at most within the term of 30 (thirty) days) all expenses paid for the product.

 

ART.5 RESPONSABILITY

5.1 DUE FCS SRL assumes no responsibility for disservices caused by force majeure such as, by way of example, explosions, fires, strikes and lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events that, fully or partially, prevent the execution and delivery within the times agreed in the contract.

5.2 DUE FCS SRL will not be liable for any party or third party damages, losses and costs incurred as the result of the non execution of the contract for the reasons mentioned above, the customer having the right solely to a refund of the price paid.

5.3 Likewise, DUE FCS SRL is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards and other forms of payment, when paying for the products purchased. As a matter of fact, at no point during the purchase procedure is DUE FCS SRL able to see the customer’s credit card number which, through a secure connection pop up, is transmitted directly to the bank service manager.

 

Art. 6 Guarantees and assistance methods

6.1 DUE FCS SRL produces and sells clothing and accessories distinguished by the SOALLURE brand and are high quality products; however, if the products ordered are found to be deffective or flawed, the consumer is obliged to report the defect in writing (via e-mail) within 8 (eight) days of receiving the product.

6.2 Upon delivery the products must be carefully checked. The customer must make sure that they correspond to those ordered and that they do not present any production defects or lack of conformities.

6.3 In the event of the existence of faults or defects, the customer will be entitled to a refund as provided for in accordance with and for the purposes of the European Directive N° 44/99/CE and Legislative Decree N° 206/2005, the same provides the buyer with a legal guarantee for any lack of conformity in respect of the sales contract which occurs within the term of 24 (twenty-four) months from the delivery of the goods.

6.4 To activate the returns operation, the consumer must make the appropriate complaint following the procedure indicated for the right of withdrawal and DUE FCS SRL will be able to authorise the return of the product for verification. The risks related to the transport of the goods are borne by the sender. Shipments sent with the “freight collect” method will not be accepted. In the case in which the alleged defect is found, DUE FCS SRL will execute, within a reasonable time frame, the agreed remedy as well as a refund of the shipping costs. DUE FCS SRL reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs and expenses incurred for verification of the product and it’s return, if it is found to be intact and free of the faults and defects pointed out, and referable to the delivery date, different to what was declared by the customer.

Art. 7 Customer requirements

7.1 The customer undertakes and guarantees, once the “online” purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, they will have already read and accepted as a mandatory step during the purchase procedure, as well as the details of the products being purchased.

7.2 It is strictly forbidden for minors to complete an “online” order

7.3 It is strictly forbidden for the customer to enter false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious data during the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and and further notification related to it; the personal data must be exclusively one’s real personal data and not of third parties or fictitious.

7.4 It is strictly forbidden to enter third party data. DUE FCS SRL reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

7.5 The customer frees DUE FCS SRL from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors related to the data provided by the customer, being themself solely responsible for the correct data entry.

 

Art. 8 Right of withdrawal and complaints

8.1 The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal and return the product received in compliance with the terms and conditions written below.

8.2 If the consumer, for whatever reason, is not satisfied with the purchase, has the right of withdrawal within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the receipt of payment.

8.3 If they have exercised the right of withdrawal, the consumer must contact DUE FCS SRL by e-mail (at the address shop@soallure.it) or by using the form on the contacts page (“E-Commerce Return” checkbox) requesting their return authorisation number (RAN), indicating their name and order number, DUE FCS SRLL will follow and process the requests by sending an e-mail with all the instructions for carrying out the return shipment, which must be sent to:

The return costs are borne by the consumer including any custom duties. The items must be returned and received by DUE FCS SRL intact and in the same way in which they were delivered, with the original packaging and tags with the barcode and any other material that is part of the package.

8.4 In the event that all the conditions and obligations of the consumer written in the previous points have been met, DUE FCS SRL will refund the sale price of the purchased item by direct credit onto the card used for payment, within 30 (thirty) working days. Costs erroneously charged to DUE FCS SRL , such as fright costs and custom charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.

8.5 The consumer who wishes to change colour or size can place a new order.

 

Art. 9 Payment methods and shipping costs

9.1 Orders can be paid for by Credit Card, PayPal,Klarna. All cards are accepted (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and PostePay). Shipping costs are as follows:

– Free shipping for Italy ( Euro 5,00 surcharge for Cash on Delivery)

– 15,00 Euro EUROPE
– 20,00 Euro  CANADA and UNITED STATES
– 25,00 Euro  Rest of the World

9.2 By filling in the appropriate space, present on the website of the payment banking system, the consumer and/or customer authorises DUE FCS SRL to use their credit card and to charge their current account in favour of DUE FCS SRL for the total amount shown, as in the cost of the purchase made “online”.

9.3 Should the consumer exercise the right of withdrawal, as provided for by these contact conditions, the amount to be refunded will be credited by bank transfer or PayPal/Satispay/Klarna payment.

9.4 Item Returns, if the purchaser chooses to return the items of the order, they will have to pay the costs of returning the goods and also the custom duties for importing into Italy.

 

Art 10 Express termination clause

10.1 DUE FCS SRL has the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply notifying the customer and/or consumer with adequate and justified reasons; in this case the customer will be entitled solely to the refund of any amount already paid.

10.2 The obligations assumed by the customer referred to in Art. 7 of these conditions (customer requirements) as well as the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer makes with the means referred to in art. 2, or essential in nature, so that by express agreement, the non fulfilment by the customer of only one of these obligations will determine the legal termination of the contract pursuant to ex art. 1456v of the Civil Code, without need for judicial decisions, without prejudice to the right of DUE FCS SRL to take legal action for compensation.

 

Art 11. Jurisdiction and competent forum

11.1 These general sale conditions are governed by Italian law and will be interpreted on the basis of it, without prejudice to any more favourable rule in relation to the customer, applicable in their country of habitual residence.

11.2 In the event of e dispute deriving from and relating to these general sales conditions, the court of the residence or domicile of the customer oil have exclusive and mandatory jurisdiction if located in the territory of the state of Italy. If the domicile or residence of the customer is instead located in a territory other than the State of Italy, the customer may appeal, at their choice, to the court of their place of residence or to the court of Bologna where DUE FCS SRL has their legal headquarters.

11.3 Alternatively, pursuant to Art. 14 of the EU regulation 542/2013/EU, the customer may promote on of the out of court settlement procedures for dispute conceived by current legislation, using the online platform made available for this purpose by the European Commission, via the website www.soallure.it.

 

Art. 12 Partial Nullity

12.1 In the case of nullity of one of the points of the general sales conditions, all the other provisions will remain valid and effective.
